By accessing and using Playphrase uploader (the "App", "Playphrase uploader", or "the Service"), operated by PlayPhrase, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

Playphrase uploader is an AI-powered English language learning and content creation application that uses movie clips and AI-generated content to help users learn English phrases, idioms, and vocabulary, and to publish short-form videos to social platforms. These terms govern your use of all features of Playphrase uploader, including video creation, social media publishing tools (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Pinterest), and language learning exercises.

Playphrase uploader provides the following services:

• AI-powered search and discovery of movie clips illustrating English phrases
• Automated video creation and stitching tools for educational content
• Social media scheduling and publishing features (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook)
• Flashcard and quiz-based language learning exercises
• Phrase library management and vocabulary tracking
• Analytics and performance dashboards

To access certain features, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being used for fraudulent or abusive purposes.

Your Content: You retain ownership of any content you upload or create through Playphrase uploader. By using the App, you grant Playphrase uploader a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and process your content solely to provide and improve the App.

Movie Clips: Playphrase uploader uses short excerpts from publicly available sources for educational purposes under fair use principles. We do not host copyrighted material directly. Users are responsible for ensuring their use of generated content complies with applicable copyright laws in their jurisdiction.

AI-Generated Content: Videos and content generated using Playphrase uploader's AI tools may be used by you for personal or commercial purposes, subject to the licenses of any underlying third-party models or media used.

Playphrase uploader Intellectual Property: The Playphrase uploader app, logo, branding, and proprietary algorithms are owned by PlayPhrase and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our app or branding without written permission.

You agree NOT to use Playphrase uploader to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Upload or distribute content that is defamatory, obscene, or harasses others
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of third parties
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its systems
• Use automated bots, scrapers, or scripts to access or abuse the Service
• Spread misinformation or use AI-generated content to deceive others
• Circumvent any usage limits, rate limits, or payment requirements

Playphrase uploader integrates with third-party services including but not limited to Cloudinary (video processing), OpenAI (AI features), Pexels (stock footage), and social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Pinterest). Your use of these integrations is also subject to the respective third parties' terms of service and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of any third-party services. Connecting your social media accounts to Playphrase uploader grants the App permission to publish on your behalf, which you may revoke at any time through your account settings.

Some features of Playphrase uploader require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or at our sole discretion.

We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' advance notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

Free trial periods may be offered at our discretion. After the trial ends, your account will automatically convert to the selected paid plan unless you cancel before the trial expires.

PLAYPHRASE UPLOADER IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. PLAYPHRASE UPLOADER DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE FROM HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PLAYPHRASE UPLOADER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Playphrase uploader is an educational tool. We make no guarantees regarding language learning outcomes or the accuracy of AI-generated translations and explanations.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings. We may terminate or suspend your access to Playphrase uploader at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
